The Manual Gate gives your property a strong, finished entrance with the security, curb appeal, and everyday function of a professionally installed steel driveway gate. Choose a single gate for one clean, full-width swing or a double gate for a traditional split entrance. Both configurations are available for the same straightforward package price, so you can choose the layout that works best for your driveway. The classic flat spear top is included, or you can upgrade to a more distinctive arched spear top gate. Every package includes the gate, required hardware, standard installation materials, and professional installation by Viking Gates, LLC. No piecing together products or finding someone else to install them. Single gates are available for standard openings up to 12 feet. Double gates are available for standard openings up to a total 16-foot span. Have a larger opening or an unusual installation area? Contact us, and we’ll review the project and provide individual pricing. Getting started does not require payment or commit you to moving forward. Submit your preferred installation date and project details, then choose a site visit or measurement review. Once we iron out all of the details, we will send you a proposal that includes all of the details for your approval. Flexible, Interest-Free Payment Options Choose the payment schedule that works best for you. Pay a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due before installation, or begin with a smaller down payment and divide the rest into up to four monthly payments with no interest or payment-plan fees. When you choose monthly payments, we’ll select an installation date together based on your final payment date. As long as payments remain on schedule, your project stays on schedule too. All packages are complete turnkey systems, furnished and professionally installed by Viking Gates. All required hardware and installation materials are included.

Important Information
Submitting a project request does not require payment or commit you to moving forward. A site visit or approved self-measurement submission is required before the project and installation schedule can be finalized. You may schedule a short site visit so we can confirm measurements, access, and installation conditions, or submit your own measurements and required photos for review. Site visits generally take 15–20 minutes, and you do not need to be home as long as the installation area is safely accessible. The installation date selected online is your preferred date only. It is not reserved or guaranteed until the project details are confirmed and the 50% deposit has been received. Installation dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Within two business days of the site visit or measurement review, we’ll send your final project confirmation showing the selected package, options, installation details, confirmed price, proposed schedule, and deposit invoice. A 50% deposit is required to approve the project, order the required materials or equipment, and reserve the installation date. The remaining 50% balance is due the morning of installation before work begins. Installation will not begin until the remaining balance has been paid. If you submit your own measurements, the project will be planned and materials may be ordered using the information you provide. We’ll provide clear guidance, but fit, placement, or installation issues caused by inaccurate customer-provided measurements or incomplete information are the customer’s responsibility and may require additional charges to correct. Cancellations or scheduling changes should be requested at least 14 days before the confirmed installation date. Refund eligibility depends on whether materials or equipment have been ordered or production has begun. Approved refunds do not include nonrefundable payment-processing fees. Listed prices apply to standard residential installations within our service area. If the project falls outside the standard installation scope, we’ll explain any additional work and pricing before you approve the project or pay the deposit. Creating a site account is optional, but it can make viewing and managing your project details easier.
