A single-swing gate built for homeowners who prefer one solid swing gate instead of a split double. Choose between standard spear top or arched top. Standard gate installations are manual open, with optional solar-powered bundles available to add during booking. Solar bundles can include options like a keypad or automatic lock, depending on the setup you want. Gates are currently available up to a total 16-foot span. For larger gates, contact us for oversized gate pricing. Pricing applies to standard residential installations within our service area.

Important Information
A site visit or approved self-measurement submission is required before scheduling is finalized. You may choose a quick pre-installation site visit so we can confirm measurements, access, and site conditions, or you may submit your own measurements and photos using our measurement guide. Site visits usually take 15 to 20 minutes, and do not require you to be home as long as we can access the installation area. When booking, you may select your preferred installation date. However, preferred dates are not reserved or guaranteed until your project details are confirmed and your 50% deposit has been received. Installation dates are scheduled on a first come, first served basis, and your selected date may remain available to other customers until the deposit is paid. Within 2 business days of the site visit or measurement review, we’ll send final confirmation with the selected gate, installation details, confirmed date, and deposit invoice. A 50% deposit is due once your project is confirmed to move your gate into production and reserve your installation date. The remaining 50% balance is due the morning of installation before work begins. Installation will not begin until full payment has been received. If you choose to provide your own measurements, your gate will be built to the measurements you submit. We’ll provide clear guidance, but fit or placement issues caused by incorrect customer-provided measurements are the customer’s responsibility and may require additional charges to correct. You may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before your selected installation date. Changes requested after that window may affect scheduling availability. We recommend creating a site account where you’ll be able to view and manage your booking details more easily online. Our listed prices apply to standard residential installs within our service area. If your setup falls outside standard scope, we’ll explain that before anything moves forward.
